Time for my annual round up of cinema this year.

We saw 85 different films at the cinema this year. (The highest since I started counting!)

That works out at £2.53 per film (plus any upgrades for IMAX/4DX. Also not taking into account any films we saw multiple times)

Best film: Avengers: Infinity War

Best sequel: Avengers: Infinity War

Best Disney film: Avengers: Infinity War

Best Super Hero Film:

Best sequel: Incredibles 2

Best Super Hero Film: Black Panther

Best Non-Marvel Marvel Film: Spider-Man: Into The Spiderverse

Best comedy: Tag

Best Video Game Film: Ready Player One

Best Film Featuring The Rock*: Rampage

Best Horror Film: A Quiet Place

Best Historical Film: Darkest Hour

Best new concept: Downsizing

I planned to include "Worst Film" but this but to would have been a 30 way tie. Couldn't even narrow it down to "Worst Sequel"
